Cayuga Women's Health is a medical specialist in Ithaca, New York. It is listed at 401 Cayuga Park Ln Ste 501, Ithaca, NY 14850, which places it among the local businesses of Ithaca that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.

Many people looking for a dentist also need a doctor, and this group lists the medical clinics, family physicians, urgent care and walk-in centers, hospitals, pediatricians, eye doctors, medical specialists and pharmacies near the dental practices on the site. Primary care in the US runs through family doctors and internists who coordinate referrals; urgent care centers handle minor injuries and illnesses without an appointment for far less than an emergency room; hospitals with emergency departments are the place for severe facial trauma or a dental infection that spreads. Pharmacies fill the antibiotics and pain medication a dentist prescribes and sell fluoride rinses and prescription-strength toothpaste.

Hours are published for 5 days a week. The most common schedule is 8 am–4:30 pm. Note that it does not open on Saturday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (607) 339-0625. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is cayugahealth.org, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

On Google it holds a rating of 4.5 out of 5 from 148 reviews, which is a strong result for a medical specialist in Ithaca and suggests consistent service.

Ithaca is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Ithaca follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

This practice had been one of the better ones in the area (as low a bar as that is) up until the widespread enshittification that Centralus brought with them. Since their acquisition, nearly every facet of serivce provided has gone dramatically downhill and, unfortunately, is shared by even more practices in the are than were originally included in Cayuga's umbrella, and cost even more.

Dr. Torrado performed a vaginal ultrasound on me. It was extremely painful. He did not say what he was doing or why and did not acknowledge my pain. When it was over, and I spoke with the midwife, my body had a trauma response and shook, and I cried and insisted that he never be in charge of my care moving forward. This was in 2018 and I regret taking so much time to say something, but I’m saying something now to hopefully prevent further harm.

The doctor’s office was clean and well managed. The intake process was pretty painless. Dr Yoon was very professional and listened to everything I had to say. I feel like this is a great location for women seeking medical help of all kinds. If they don’t do it in-house, they have no problem sending you to someone who can help you with more specialized care, which I appreciated. My only complaint is that it took several months to get in to see the Dr. I was told she’s booking a ways out so I’m assuming getting seen won’t be day of. But otherwise, I think I would recommend this place for women seeking medical care.

I never thought I would come out of an annual gynecologist appointment and feel so compelled to leave a positive review, but here I am! I had concerns regarding changes to my cycle and the COVID vaccine. My practitioner, Marie Harkins, not only listened but validated my concerns. She is following the most recent studies on the topic and made me feel totally that I wasn’t alone or just β€œstressed” and that I can call back anytime for further testing if symptoms continue. Thank you, Marie!

Originally really liked this office until this past week. Please read till end!!!! I scheduled an appointment over a month in advance then last minute they call me and tell me they need to reschedule because of a family emergency. Ok I understand things come up but I took work off and could not get another day off till next month. I explained this to the lady on the phone and she was understanding and called the Ithaca location to see if they could see me. I thought I got lucky since they were able to squeeze me in but I was completely wrong. The nurse was extremely nice and very helpful but Dr. Garcia was horrible. I went in to have my IUD removed because my partner and I have been planning on having a baby for a year now and are finally situated and in a good place to get pregnant. Mind you this is my second IUD and I have had one removed and replaced. She got me into position and had my cervix opened and then before she removed my IUD proceeded to ask of I was vaccinated and if I planned on getting vaccinated for covid before my pregnancy. To which I replied no thank you I'm not interested. She then literally riped my IUD out as she continued to questions my decision to be vacci

After being in the hospital and the hospital stating I needed to follow up with my doctor, I made an appointment with my doctor the next day. Right before I was about to leave for my appointment a nurse called and cancelled my appointment. She said the doctor didn't think she needed to see me and she would see me in 3 weeks for my scheduled appointment. Ridiculous!! She couldn't even call me herself or give me any explanation of my problems I was going through. There's so much more too. I honestly can say they do not care about their patients. They are lazy heartless people!

Dr. Martin and her staff are extraordinary. They listened to my list of concerns as if I was their most important patient and best friend. They are very compassionate and accommodating. I won't go in to detail but I was not a real easy patient (to put it mildly). Dr. Martin exhausted every avenue in diagnosing my situation. She is extremely knowledgeable and her bedside manner is comforting. I never feel like "one of many" at this practice.
